Terms of Use

Welcome to Klein Interior. These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of www.klein-interiors.com (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by Klein Interior Design, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("Klein Interior," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Using the Site
You may browse and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not in any way that could harm the Site, us, or other visitors.
2. Content is for inspiration and information
Our product guides, gift ideas, styling tips, and other content are for general information and inspiration only. They reflect our opinions and taste. They are not professional, safety, electrical, or installation advice. Please check product specifications, safety ratings, and installation requirements yourself, and consult a qualified professional where appropriate (for example, for wiring a light fixture).
We work hard to keep our content accurate, but the Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
3. Products, prices, and retailers
We don't sell products on this Site. When you click a product link, you go to a third-party retailer, and your purchase is between you and that retailer. Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, shipping, and promotions come from or are set by retailers and can change at any time without notice. Please confirm all details on the retailer's site before buying. The retailer is responsible for its products, orders, shipping, returns, refunds, and customer service.
Interior design services
If you hire Klein Interior Design, LLC for interior design or consultation services, those services are governed by a separate written agreement between you and us, not by these Terms.
4. Affiliate relationships
Some links on the Site are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. We participate, or may participate, in programs such as Amazon Associates and Impact, among others. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, guides, photographs (including Meghan Klein's original photos), graphics, logos, the Klein Interior name, and the design and arrangement of the Site, are owned by or licensed to Klein Interior Design, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Some product images and trademarks belong to retailers or brands and are used for identification and reference.
You may share links to our pages and use the "Save" or "Pin" buttons provided by social platforms. Unless we give written permission, you may not copy, republish, sell, modify, or create derivative works from our content, or use our photos or content to train or develop artificial intelligence models. 6. User conduct
When using the Site or contacting us, you agree not to:
- break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
- scrape, harvest, or copy content or data from the Site in bulk using automated tools, except search engines indexing the Site in line with our robots.txt file;
- interfere with the Site's security or operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
- upload or send viruses, spam, or harmful code; or
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection to anyone.
If you send us comments, ideas, or suggestions, you allow us to use them without any obligation to you.
7. Links to third-party sites
The Site links to retailers, social media platforms (such as Instagram @by_klein_interiors and Pinterest bykleininteriors), and other websites we don't own or control. We are not responsible for their content, products, policies, or practices. Your use of those sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klein Interior Design, LLC and its owners, members, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, its content, or any product or service you buy from a third party, even if we have been told such damages are possible. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).
Some states don't allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Klein Interior Design, LLC from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Other terms
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
